What should I know before taking Nystatine

Do not use this medication if you are allergic to Nystatine or to any other medicines such as:
  • polyene antifungal drugs
Do not take Nystatine if any of the below conditions apply to you:
  • abnormal liver function
  • pancreatitis
  • peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer
  • pregnancy
